Therapist
Hello, my name is Jessica Fuller, LIMHP, NCC, CPC. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and their families and have had the privilege to do so as a mental health therapist for the past six years. Prior to that, I also spent several years working in schools and have enjoyed being able to bring that experience into my mental health practice via partnering with schools and their staff in helping my school-age clients learn and grow mentally and emotionally.
I utilize several evidence-based therapies depending on what my clients need and what their preference is, and enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and their parents at intake and beyond to determine what they want to gain most out of therapy. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I also have experience over my previous years as a therapist treating a variety of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, adoption issues, grief, behavioral issues, and relational/communication issues.
Ultimately, I want to be a resource for my clients and their families to help them learn more about themselves and grow from these discoveries, as well as to just generally be a safe space to speak openly about whatever may be troubling them! If you feel that I would be of help to your child or family, I would love to be able to meet with you and learn more about how I can be of help.
Hi, I’m Jim. I have been practicing outpatient mental health therapy since 2014. I completed my internship at the Munroe-Meyers Institute in the social work department and earned my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in October 2014. After graduating from Bellevue University, I continued in the social work department at Munroe-Meyers Institute for nearly a year as an AmeriCorps Member. I then worked at Lutheran Family Services for almost 10 years, providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I utilize various therapeutic modalities: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Couples Therapy Model. I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as family and couples therapy. My philosophy is that people come to therapy for a reason, and there is often a need for change. I help individuals, families, and couples find their path to change and achieve balance in their lives.
I co-founded Lotus Centre in 2025 with the goal of providing comprehensive outpatient mental health services, complemented by holistic treatments that address the mind, body, and soul. The idea for Lotus Centre originated from my personal experience with the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and my nearly 11 years of providing outpatient mental health care within the medical model. My vision for Lotus Centre is to treat the mind, body, and soul by integrating outpatient mental health services with aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
